Soeasy has totally 4 production bases, over 100,000m2, to make sure every project can delivery in time as well as ensuring quality. We have basically covered all the products in the prefabricated house industry: Folding container house, Flat pack container house, Detachable container house, Expandable container house, K type prefab house, T type prefab house, steel structure warehouse and etc…

The engineer and production team will update the products or develop new products every year. As our top-sale products: Folding container house, there is already 6th generation. And our Expandable container house has total 8 different sizes for your choice. Having multiple patents, Soeasy is a high-tech enterprise.

FAQ

  • What is the shelf life of the product?

    We are the factory in China and do 100% exporting, normal service life is 15-20 years. Before loading, we have quality inspection and sent to customers to check and confirm, ensure the products are intact. And our sales team will reply you as soon as possible after-sale.

  • What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

    FOB price, full of 1*40'HQ.
    Ex-work factory price, more than 1 unit.

  • What is your payment term?

    Our payment term is T/T.

  • How is your after-sales service?

    1. Any question, freely to contact with us, 24 hours avaliable for you.
    2. One order, one special person to follow the whole production, loading, installation.
    3. For the house installation, we have the unloading and installation guide and video information, also the 3D drawings. If you need, we can send you the engineer, but you need to charge the 2 round tickets, accommodation, food and salary.

  • What information should we offer before you quote?

    If you have the drawing, please send to us, we will work out the detail quotation for you.
    If no drawing, please let us know your requirement, we will check and give you the suggestion or design for you.

  • What is the entire order process?

    Communicated and negotiate project design --- Drawings confirm and quotation --- sign contract --- 50% deposit payment --- Production --- Inspection --- 50% balance payment --- Loading --- Installation (can arrange engineer) --- Feedback --- Next order

  • Are you the factory or trading company?

    We are the factory which is located in Zhaoqing city, Guangdong province, China and we have office in Foshan city, Guangdong province, China. It is less then 1 hour drive between our factory and office. We are a company that integrates industry and trade.
